VCIT Consulting offers flexible technical support options to suite your needs.
You can open a helpdesk ticket by going directly to our helpdesk website, by calling us, or by submitting a helpdesk request via email.
Helpdesk Remote Support

Please click on the Helpdesk Utility image on the left hand side to download our helpdesk remote support utility in ZIP format. Open the ZIP archive to reveal a single file named vcithelp.exe – this is our helpdesk remote support utility.
Simply drag and drop this file (vcithelp.exe) to your Desktop, call our helpdesk, and double-click on the helpdesk utility icon when instructed to do so by a VCIT helpdesk technician.
Phone Support
Phone helpdesk support is available between the hours of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, PST, Monday through Friday.
